This will NOT be one of the few times when it will be okay to eat 'birthday cake' for breakfast!
We did NOT decide very last minute to buy a few gallons of paint and repaint our living room. We did NOT have just a few accidents while attempting to repaint the living room. Those accidents did NOT include Jason shaking a not completely closed container of paint and splashing it all over the kitchen. Eli also did NOT do this:
{ with a used paint roller} all over the carport and down the driveway!What have you NOT been doing this week?
Oh my goodness...I talked Dan into getting donuts yesterday...and I told him never let me do that again...I ate 5! I didn't eat anything the rest of the day my stomach was so sick, haha! {but so good!} Oh no! I hope the paint cleaned up okay...that sounds like quite an unexpected project, haha! love Eli's contribution, haha!

I can't wait to see the new sofa and paint color! Thank goodness Eli painted where he did...that could have been a really bad disaster.

Happy 30th to your hubby! Being 30 is not so bad. I dreaded it but after 30 it's just a number. Getting to your 30's is just like a fine wine, we get better with age.

I do NOT want to wish your hubby a very Happy Birthday. I do NOT want to tell you to completely embrace your turning 30. Do NOT plan something so fun that it will make you think turning 30 was awesome & not a bummer. I did NOT laugh when you said you had painting accidents. It did NOT make me think about when I had those same accidents while painting one of the girls rooms. You did NOT make me laugh today! :)

ReplyDeleteMmmm, donut-birthday cake for breakfast! :) Happy Birthday to your hubby!!! I'll be 30 in two months too :( Exactly two months, actually. And my hubby will be 30 in August. Of course for those six weeks I will be teased continually for being 30 while he's still 29. Sigh.
