Not Me! Monday

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

********************************

Jason and I did NOT have a junk food free-for-all last week in an attempt to get all the junk food out of the house! We are NOT starting a diet/exercise plan today with the hopes of getting in better shape and losing some weight! I did NOT get on the scale this morning to record my start weight with the plan to lose a TON few pounds before my 30th birthday in June!

There is NOT still a {HUGE} bag of M&M's in the cabinet that is seriously going to test my will power for the next few weeks! I am NOT considering calculating how many Weight Watcher points are in a handful of M&M's just in case my will power loses!

I am NOT just a little excited that Christmas break is over and we are getting back into a normal schedule today. I did NOT enjoy sleeping late and being lazy for the last two weeks....but I also did NOT miss my normal routine:) I am NOT hoping that getting up early gets easier as the week goes by!

  1. I've so enjoyed sleeping in too...it ends tomorrow! And we need to get rid of so much candy in our cabinets! With Halloween, Christmas and next Easter...yikes! Good luck with your weight loss plans...we need to do the same...I'm so bad with not eating the best...chips and cookies are my weakness!

  4. Oh those M&Ms. I, too, have NOT been on a junk food eating frenzy. My weakness: cookies.

  5. I had M&M's left over from the holiday too - I threw them away yesterday. It's a good thing too, because I would have eaten them today if I could have...no will power.

  7. I loved sleeping in too, but i do love the routine. Get rid of those M&M's they are evil. LOL
I always had a small cup of some candy measured out to snack on during the day that I had figured into my points so I wouldn't totally lose it.
    Good luck.

  8. I came over from Mckmama's blog. If you're gonna keep the m&m's, measure them out into little ziploc snack bags so each is 100 calories. Get rid of the big bag, and just allow yourself a little baggie a day, and it's only 2 points! I LOVE WW!!!

  9. I've totally got to get back on my diet/exercise wagon too...I fell flat on my butt! Haven't been to Curves in 2 months, but that is because Mrs. Linda has either been sick or out of town, and without her to babysit, I can't go. Good luck with the M&M's. There's so much junk in our pantry (and in various other places throughout the house!!) that I don't know if I'll ever get back on track!

  10. Ooooh, I love this post! I am doing a "daily tip" on my blog, and yesterday's was "eat all the junk food in your house now before it sabotages your diet plans all week long". See, I'm not the only one who thinks that, apparently!!! Comfort in numbers, girl!

  15. I so understand your need for a routine. I think we have stayed up late and slept in everyday the past couple of weeks. We were so excited to get back in the school routine and now it has snowed and we have freezing temps, so who knows when we will get back to school.
    Have a fabulous Monday!

  21. Found your blog from "Outside my Window". I do that too (eat all the bad food before I go on a diet...I can't bring myself to throw it away-what a waste!) My birthday is in June, too!
