Kind of Blue

Eli was feeling
 kind of blue {and sticky}
 after finding a blue candy cane
 that had been hiding since Christmas!
**On a more serious note**
My heart is blue today as I head to the funeral for my friend Tonya's mother who passed away Friday after a 3 month battle with Meningitis. Please remember that family in your prayers today as they say goodbye to their mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

    Prayers for your friend...I can't imagine the loss of my mother and pray that I don't have to live through that any time soon. There is no love like a mother's love!

    I'm so sorry to hear about your friend and her family...I know she will be missed.

    That Eli is so cute! We always seem to have leftover Christmas candy canes too! ;-) And Halloween treats...and Valentine's...and now Easter's coming up! ha!
