While I was NOT singing that song to Eli, I was NOT reminded of the Friends episode where Ross sings Baby Got Back to Emma! I then did NOT start singing that inappropriate song {only in my head though} either!

Eli has NOT totally been living up to his nickname of Hoover lately! He has NOT been constantly eating every single speck and spot that he can find on the floor. He is also NOT completely tearing up my floors by pulling up the polyurethane coating and then proceeding to put it in his mouth like it is a yummy treat! I am NOT concerned that their may be more floor in his stomach than actual food sometimes!

We did NOT take our first trip to the beach after church yesterday! I did NOT have to go with all three boys by myself {well Mandy helped a TON} because Jason ended up working all weekend! We did NOT have a blast anyway!

And I {technically it was Grant who did the flashing, because he was the one pulling down my bathing suit top!} did NOT flash a few unsuspecting people {including Tracy and Mandy}!!
I did NOT go to bed last night thinking that I wasn't sunburned very badly, only to wake up the morning with major lobster legs! I did NOT neglect to put suntan lotion on my legs while we were at the beach. That would be silly, because legs get sunburned too!
Sounds like you guys had a blast at the beach! Oh, and I LOVE the songs...too funny!

I did not sing the diaper changing song to myself in my head as I was reading your post. And I did not immediately think of the Friend's episode as soon as your post started and then smile because you then mentioned it.
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny about the singing {well, and the flashing, YIKES! ha ha!} I love Friends, that was the only show I had to watch before kids! and after, if I was lucky :)
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of the boys in thier shirts, how cute! Wish we lived close to the beach to go for a day! I got terrible sunburn on my legs in Hawaii..not because I was a ghost and forgot how quickly white can burn! LOL! Hope you aren't too sore today!
Which beach did y'all go to? I'm glad y'all had fun-even if you got more exposure than you meant too!! LOL! The girls are BEGGING to go to the beach, but Paul got put on 7-12s this past week, til sometime in July, so I don't know when we'll be able to. :( I love the boy's shirts! Those are great!! And we sing alternate lyric songs all the time too-it's silly and fun.

My legs always burn too! All of my kids toys are in totes, with pictures on the outside for what goes in which tote. They are only allowed to have 1-2 totes out at a time, and they HAVE to put up the totes before they can go do ANYTHING else. So their room always stays clean. Thankfully, this is really working for us. It used to take them hours to clean their room... it was horrible.
