Thanks to Jennifer's great advice {and a few minutes with the power washer}, Eli's is sitting in {and enjoying} his highchair!! No more stroller at dinner time for him!!
All I had to buy was a gallon of bleach. I soaked his gross straps in bleach/water for about 30 minutes, and I used some bleach and the pressure washer on the whole chair just to make sure it was nice and clean!!
Now it is as good as new!!

Glad it worked for you!! He looks so cute in his high chair! I bet it's easier on your back to feed him in the high chair rather than the stroller. :)
