I made this recipe for the first time last week. I have made Chicken and Rice other ways, but this recipe was SUPER easy to make. I liked that I could just dump everything into my casserole dish, turn on the oven, and let it go {with a little stirring here and there}! My boys really liked it, and next time I think I may add in a few mixed veggies to really make this a one pot {or casserole} wonder! INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups milk
2 cups uncooked white rice
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl combine the milk, rice, soup and seasoned salt if desired. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken pieces.
Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 90 minutes or until rice is done, stirring every 30 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for another 15 minutes to allow the rice to brown.

That looks really good! I love chicken and rice and that recipe looks very easy to do. I am not much of a cook so anything that's simple is perfect for me!

If it's easy to cook, I'll give it a try! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
I've made something really similar to this before! It's really good when you add potatoes and carrots to it!
I make this! (And, sometimes add in cheese.) It's good comfort food.
I love easy recipes! You're welcome to check out mine:)
Could you do me a favor and comment on this post? http://bit.ly/3wakwy Thanks a lot!
this is a fav in my family and so yummy
Yum! We love chicken and rice casseroles too!
Easy peasy and the best comfort food. If you'd like to add a few extras (pounds) to the dish, you could always sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Mmm...I'm totally making this recipe this week. ;)
