It is that time of the year when everything starts coming to an end...school, sports, clubs, and other activities.
That also means it is time to say "Thank You" to some special people.
I packaged up cookies for the owner of the pharmacy that sponsored Henry and Grant's t-ball team this year. I thought it would be nice to let them know we are thankful for the support they show our community.
I even packaged the cookies up in the boys' team colors:)
I thought Grant's preschool teacher deserved a little pampering after a year with a room full of 4 year olds. I bought her a gift certificate to a local spa, and packaged it up with some nail polish, lotion, and body scrub.
Henry's teachers deserve a much bigger "Thank You" than I could ever give them, but I put together a little package to let them know how GOOD our year in Kindergarten has been. They each got a basket full of Mr. Goodbars and a gift certificate to a local restaurant along with a note that said "Thanks for making it a GOOD year!" Love, Henry.
What kind of things do you do to tell others THANK YOU?

Those are some very nice thank you's! I often just do a handwritten note as a thank you...but you have some very creative ideas!
Those are awesome gifts!! Love all of the effort you put into them...even the wrappings! As a teacher I wish a fourth of my parents were as appreciative! By showing or at least saying something! My boys each gave their teachers a gift card to a local restaruant. Love the Mr. Goodbar idea...always looking for fun sayings to go with candies! Another one is Reece Pieces...I'm gonna miss you to pieces! Great job once again Kelli!
you are such a great mom and such a sweetie!!
great ideas. i'm sure the teachers will appreciate them. when i worked at the daycare it was always nice when a parent took the time to do something nice for us!
Cute ideas! I have never given the sponsor of the teams a gift. You are so very thoughtful.
You pretty much covered it! I love to bake cookies and brownies for Layla's teachers. So usually a gift card and some fun baked goods are right up my gift giving alley :)
Wow! What a blessing for all of them to receive those goodies! You're so thoughtful!
Kelli your thoughtfulness never ceases to amaze me. You truly are a special gem. Those gifts are just wonderful and I know they will be appreciated. I'm trying to come up with something for Jamison's teacher because she is just absolutely wonderful.
Okay, those are absolutely precious ideas!!!! I have to do something for my oldest's preschool teachers for tomorrow. We're making butterfly cookies for the class, but I need something special for our two special teachers. :)
Those are adorable! So fun! :)
What great thank you gifts! I bet everyone is so amazed when they receive them. You are so clever (and so thoughtful!!!)

Love your cute ideas! I also gave my son's teachers a small photo album with a picture of the teacher and my son inside. I left the rest blank so they can fill with their fave pics of the class or use for their own family/friends.
