Taco + Pizza= YUM!

My boys love tacos...and they also love pizza! So why not combine the two to make a really yummy and fun dinner.
Brown up a pound of hamburger meat. Add in taco seasonings and cook according to the package. While the taco meat is cooking, roll out a tube of refrigerated pizza dough.
Top the pizza dough with a thin layer of refried beans. I used a whole can and it spread evenly to all the edges of the dough. Top the refried beans with a can of whole kernel corn, drained.
When the taco meat is done cooking. Add an even layer of it over the beans and corn.
Top off the taco pizza with whatever kind of cheese your family loves.
Bake on 400 for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza crust is nice and brown.
Top your taco pizza with lettuce and tomato and serve with a dollop of sour cream.

yum! looks DELISH! I often do basically the same thing, but on tortillias. I have a bottom tortilla, a layer of beans, meat, and cheese. Then a second tortilla- another layer- and a topper. Bake it in the oven and serve as you did, with sour cream, lettuce, tomato. And we add avocado also :)

Wow, this looks fabulous and what perfect timing. My mom just made a similar recipe and Trey loved it. So I was going to steal the recipe from her but I think I will still yours instead. I love that you added corn to the mix.
Thanks for always sharing great kid recipes.
